Energy watch are great....British Gas not
Anyone else who has problems with BG complain to Energywatch asap
After 5 months of BG being appalling and trying to cut me off for previous tenants unpaid bill I complained
L and behold a few days later a letter of apology from BG and a cheque for £10 to compensate for poor service
still switching but at last resolved and my dd details now found and account in my name!

Well done! BG customer service can be an absolute minefield trying to get problems resolved, sometimes energywatch is the only way unfortunately.0
