I added quite a few items to my basket then noticed the Goldwell shampoo and conditoner showed OOS. I contacted CS asking when the products would be back in stock and received a very quick response. I was told the products would be back in stock by the end of next week but as I wanted to purchase them at the current £3 price which ends 15th Jan, I was told I could email my order and I'd pay the current price.
I have received a order confirmation today and payment taken but products are still OOS until at least the end of next week.
If you email explaining that you are disappointed with only receiving part of your order and not given the choice to cancel, I'm sure you would be offered the products at the current price and dispatched obviously when stock arrives and hopefully offered something for your inconvenience.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
Just thought I'd mention that I've been buying loads of Wella products in Home Bargains.
They've had them in stock for a while now and have several products from the Lifetex and High Hair ranges, and all are priced at £1.99!!!
I got the Wella High Hair flat iron spray which is £9.99
Yes, I can confirm that my Home Bargains have been selling these as well, also noticed a few Goldwell products in Poundland, must be old packaging as they are in grey bottles, coloured shampoo's I think they are?0 -

I have just had a dispatched email. 5 out of 6 of my items are still showing out of stock so hope they are not just sending me the one item!A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
I would love to find a good glosser though if anyone has any suggestions, I have used John Frieda glosser before and my hair looked amazingly glossy and shiny after use but locally nowhere seems to have stock, anyone tried any of the £3 ones on here and could recommend them?[/QUOTE]
Have you tried Moroccan oil it is fantastic!!0 -

Hi hun, yes I have two bottles of Morrocanaoil here it's great stuff, only a third of the way through the first bottle and I bought it ages ago. I tend to use it through towel dried hair to detangle and to smooth my hair after blowdrying/rollers etc.
It's good stuff in small quantities but it doesn't give shine like a glosser would, just need a good shine treatment to give my hair a bit of oooph back lolComping wishlist for 2017
