Anyone know how these are delivered, royal mail or courier? I placed an order yesterday and it doesn't say, forgot I'll be out of town for a day.

I've ordered a couple of times now, and both times the parcel has arrived by royal mail. Well packaged with lots of bubble wrap, and in a strong padded envelope. I too think the £2.95 postage is good value as the products are pretty heavy! Also, both times delivery has been pretty quick. :)
Update - I ordered yesterday lunchtime and have just seen I've received a dispatch email at 4pm today!

Is it suitable for people with fine straight hair, would you know?

I have fine wavy hair and it was fine for me. Not sure about very fine (as in flyaway) because my hair is not that fine but its finer then most (just a lot of it!)

got my order today (ordered on monday). Was well pleased! As well as the 3 products I ordered there was an extra one, not sure if it's a freebie or not? schwarkzpof smoothing cream.

So 4 great products for £11.95 delivered. Not bad!!

just to say that the staff at hairsupermarket are really helpful.i phoned them after i placed my order to see if i could add a couple of wella lifetex items to it after vicx recomended them(thanks :D)before the order was sent off.
when my order arrived today it was the original one so i rang them and they explained there had been a blip on the computer system so they would send them out straight away ,so if you have any queries don't hesitate to ring them.

I received my order today and I must admitt I am not impressed! I ordered 3 shampoos and 3 conditioners, the conditioners arrived with a note at the bottom saying the shampoo was out of stock, I now have three conditioners without any shampoo that goes with it! They had my email address and phone number but chose not to give me a choice! Bad customer service this time around!
    UPDATE:
I have spoken with Hairsupermarket and I can happily say they have redeemed themselves! They have agreed to honour the price and send me shampoo. Very pleasant gentleman and very helpful! Thank you Hairsupermarket.

Did you order the Goldwell Dual Senses range?

No, it was the Matrix smoothing shampoo.
