Fortnums cars in liquidation

Options
Hi,
I bought my car in april 2010 and I have 4 years of free servicing but now they are no longer to be contacted.
Cowboys are out of the town!!!
So what happens now with 4 years free servicing, MOT, 1 year RAC and whatever they lied.

any advise will be welcome!

Thank you!:T

Was it an insurance-backed service agreement? (e.g. via Warranty Direct or similar).

The one year RAC would have expired last year, but that doesn't matter too much as it's with the RAC and not the garage. The servicing and MOT contracts could possibly be bought out by another garage so they get repeat business.

Although it's interesting for them to be liars and cowboys for going into liquidation nearly two years after you bought the car.

Was any part of the purchase made on a credit card? If it was then if nobody picks up the service contract then the card issuer may be partly liable for the failure to provide the service.
