Is this seller asking for trouble

They want payment within 24 hours, and they also say postage is free if you b.i.n. but is £20 if you make an offer.
I know the payment bit they are totaly wrong about and can't enforce, but can they charge postage after saying it's free?

They are within their rights to ask for payment within 24 hours, doesn't mean anything will happen to the buyer if that requested in made though.
As for the postage charge, probably not but for that reason alone I would either bid £20 less than I was willing to pay or in the comments box when making an offer I would make an offer inc of P&P.
Really though neither issue is really a massive issue, agree a deal or don't. Pay within 24 hours or be a prat and make the seller wait.Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0
