Ok so not sure if this is the right section or not.
But i live in a semi detached council house and my next door neighbours are in a private rented house , the landlord is fairly local but i do not know his name or contact details.
those who live in the house are 1 woman with her 2 sons who share a bedroom and i believe the mum has a boyfriend not sure.
The problem is they tend to make a heck of a noise at night / early hours of the morning , arguing , fighting either the 2 sons are the cause or the boyfriend that i am not sure.
But for over 1 hour now it has been going on yelling , roaring , screaming then nothing for 30 mins then starts with loud talking and gets louder and louder and at 1:45am just as i was just about to fall asleep i sat bolt up right thinking someone was trying to smash the back or front door in and realised it was coming from next door followed by yelling.
how would i go about contacting the land lord ? if possible without any details.
it is pointless calling the police due to where i live , i have been looking out for the usual patrol that drives the top of my road but i have not seen them this morning.
and it is now kicking off again i am starting to get sick fed up at least twice a week it happens now.:mad::mad::mad::mad:
i am tempted to bang on the brick wall just to let them know they are being heard and its time to shut it as people are trying to sleep but i know that is no use. and i believe the kids go back to school after xmas holidays ( for where i live in Scotland )

You can make a complaint to the council, regardless if the house they are in is not owned by the council. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Noise complaint. Your council will have a noise department which deals with these kinds of things, they'll send someone out who will listen and determine if they're being too noisy and if they are will ask them to keep it down.Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.

Have a look at the Neighbours from Hell website - they offer some brilliant advice

Just don't expect a quick solution.0 -
Well i got a quick solution at nearly 3am as things got well out of hand.
i heard the male roar a name a few times which was followed by extremely large loud bangs with loud screaming ( an example to what i heard , was more like a red fox but louder ) i called the police and they came round within 2 mins ( must have been a car local ) and they stayed for over 40 mins.
and while i was on the phone to the police there was more banging and screaming. and as the police showed up i dont even think they knocked , as soon as they got out the car i am assuming they could hear the roaring , shouting and banging from outside.0 -
you could try land registry, to get details of the owner0
