  • Hi everyone - I have had quite a good day today

    - Cleaned fridge
    - Booked £100 worth of Hungry Horse vouchers for my DD's birthday with Tesco vouchers (£25 in vouchers)
    - Cancelled a weekend away, which even tho not good, it is in money saving terms
    - Banked business monies
    - Went to see friend who I haven't seen for ages and had a good catch up
    - Did a pile of shredding and when I say, pile, I mean a pile. Spent an hour doing it and only about another 6 hours to go!!!!:eek:
    - DD got lift to cadets so saved money on petrol

I think that's about it for today, so no too bad.

      Good morning fairyclicks,

I am sending you a virtual bunch of flowers as a BIG thank you and to put a smile on your face :D:D:D

I can't tell you how grateful I am that you started this thread. I have really been struggling since my darling Dad died of cancer two years ago. Anyway to cut a long story short, I am suffering from the worst bout of depression I have ever experienced and this forum is helping me to cope

I need to get back to my old self and just setting down 10 positives/targets has been such a boost for me.

So whatever all the lovely contributors to this thread wish to achieve today - good luck :T
