I've got a couple of Maximiles questions if anyone can help? Do they do daily polls or have I completely imagined it? I can't seem to find them anywhere. :o Also how often do you get new videos to watch? Thanks in advance! :)

Maximiles do have mini polls but as far as i know they aren't daily. I only find them if they are on the home page on the right hand side apart from that i have no idea how to get to them lol.

The new videos seem to come out a bit haphazardly some days i have one new and other days 5 or more!!! I tend to just check in every day or two to see whats new :D

It went well - they realised i was actually sick and the ESA guy that was there more or less said i shouldn't have had to appeal cos of all the evidence i sent in :D Also the doc said i was an inspiration cos of what i have managed to do despite my diagnosis almost 25 years ago which was nice :) the whole process was traumatic though and i slept for 3 days afterwards, so even though it was a good outcome i have decided to write to them to provide some feedback ;)

    You are welcome :D

Do you have access to any policies about staff welfare, reducing hours, sickness, discrimination etc? Anything you can relate your situation to really! If you can get hold of them its usually worth knowing what they say before such meetings - if i can help at all give me a shout :D xx

well done with the appeal, brilliant outcome, it's so harrowing to go through when you know your not making it up, well done though catching up on some sleep.
I am going to print off all the policies and read them this weekend, i do think I need to see Occy Health though first so could be a bit of a long process, Thanks for the offers xxx:A

Hi everyone, may I join you please? I'm currently signed off with high blood pressure until our baby makes her entrance into the world, and I'm desperately trying to get the house and finances as sorted as I can . I love the idea of making 10 positive steps, I tend to focus on the financial and forget that I've actually done a lot of good during my day even if it didn't really make the numbers on the spreadsheets go in the right direction.

    1. Wrap present for friend to be sent tomorrow
    2. List on ebay all bits on the sofa
    3. Go to HR welfare review
    4. Wrap bin and mirror plates, book courier
    5. Reply to ebay customer services
    6. Order memory stick for MIL
    7. Book onto ante-natal NHS classes
    8. Re-book dentist appointment
    9. Find diary and update diary dates
    10. Check all online accounts, do money shuffling as needed.
