Thanks Fairy - It is driving me mad! Only our second holiday abroad with little man, and he was a baby first time so was a lot more simple, just a buggy! He walks which little crutches mainly, but not sure what the terrain is going to be like so think we had better take the chair too - don't know why they are so particular on dimensions really, I think most of the funky buggies are bigger but Hey Ho!
Good Luck with the ebay motivation - Hubs has said I have until Little Man goes full time in September to turn the shop into a business that actually makes money or I'll have to get a 'proper' job! I think we have differing view on profitable though - as long as I can cover my bills with enough for the occasional day out/choccie bar/magazine I'm happy!

This is my 'Stash The Cash' tin FC
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130643111114?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
If I don't start putting a £1 a day in now, I'll never have enough money to go to the Gambia next Easter
I bought this tin because I can't get into it (and therefore can't raid it), and I like to poke fun at depression so I like the 'keep calm' bit!!!"One hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much was in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little bit better because I was important in the life of a child."0 -

I am with you on this one - I would SÓ like to turn my shop into a business so that I could give up work and run a little business from home.
My trouble is I love sniffing out a bargain for re-sale but I find the listing so tedious!
I would also like to take up voluntary work like hospital visiting. I always feel for those who are in hospital and have no family or who are lonely
As far as ebay goes, we will just have to keep on encouaging each other but congrats on listing 31 - awesome :T"One hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much was in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little bit better because I was important in the life of a child."0 -
Thanks everyone, my Dad thinks it's a good idea so I think I'll go with it despite the fact OH thinks it's cheesy!

i didn't wake up again until 2.30 so not got too much done yet and needed to remind myself of the list :rotfl:
right then, off to woohoo while i look for necklace.....why i didn't leave it out when i found it last week i don't know  anyway lets hope i haven't hidden it from myself again
Have you found the necklace yet FC?"One hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much was in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little bit better because I was important in the life of a child."0 -
Can we list our ebay names here - are we allowed?
I love being nosy to see what other like minded people sell. You never know we could generate sales by selling to each other
Good idea or rubbish idea?"One hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much was in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little bit better because I was important in the life of a child."0 -

OK thats going to be a busy day if i get that lot done
I feel like i have got nothing done today - took so much time contacting credit card peoplebut at least i now have the current balances ready for my DMP review.
My stash the cash tin is one of the counting money boxes - i have one for 1p 2p 5p 10p 20p 50p and now £1 - saves me so much time trying to figure out if i have any full bags for lodging cos i used to think counting it helped it to grow :rotfl::rotfl:
I am just going to try and save £1 everyday and then when i go to the bank to make a mortgage payment i can take my pounds stash with me to pay off the overdraft
Really struggling to motivate myself to do anything more right nownot sure what's up with me today
think it might be the ebay gremlins in my head! LOL
Added: Got some more bits added to ebay - not adding too much as it completely freaks me out having to sort out too many parcels all at once - adding BIN stuff rather than auctions and hopefully that will spread things out a bit more than everything finishing at the same time!
Also got survey done - think i am just going to do some work on my patchwork bag this evening and have a wee relax
Have a great evening everyonexx
