I'm here too - i did post yesterday but it disappeared :(

I think my problem is just being all over the place with my sleep pattern atm - this morning woke at 5am, yesterday was just after 4am and then went back to sleep at about 8.30 and woke again at 10ish lol!

anyway my plan for yesterday was to start tidying the chaos that i have to cheek to call a bedroom! Still a bit to do but i managed to find the floor :o

I also took a huge step yesterday and registered for a business course - its just a short one but sounds pretty good. It includes having a mentor to help get to the next step :) All i have to do is manage to sit in a room with other people now  It even freaked me out to phone them but at least its not too far away!

    Today i would like to:

Finish knitting another scarf - done :)
check the crafters directory i started as the links weren't working properly
    superpoints - done :)
    +50 on swaggers (target = 525)
    list 5 things on ebay
    sort ebay sales
    post ebay sales
    sort fishtank
    start dla form
sort some of the papers i have thrown into a bag to go through later
check bank account - done :)

    Also went for a swim - :)

    wish me luck :P

    This evening my steps are:

    - Buy toiletries at Bootsies with Advantage card points Done :D
    - Empty washer and hang out Done:D
    - change the bed :(
    - put another load of washing on Done :D
    - Show Mum photos on Facebook Done :D
    - Show Dad how to use our computer and internet Done:D
    - Ring Little Sis in Canada (Cheeky MSE bint never rings me!!) :(

That's it and just bang on time to clock out and go home. Yippee!! :T

:AI also set Mum up with an email address and facebook account and got her started sending friend requests. She'll be spying on us now!

Good morning Happy Steppers Crew :hello:

Sorry I sounded so negative in the last few days, stepping has been my lifeline since I became so ill with my depression. When you weren't posting I felt very alone which de-motivated me.

I'm just going through a crisis of confidence at the moment as I am due to return to work in the next few weeks and I feel afraid!

But I'm determined to think positively and chat to my gorgeous hubby over the weekend to clear my head of these negative thoughts and come up with encouraging solutions

    Yesterday I achieved 11 smilies :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

    Today I would like to
    1. Put a £1 a day into my 'stash the cash tin' Done
    2. Put a £1 a day into my 'party tin' Done
    3. Swim Done
    4. Update Filofax
    5. List more Ebay Done
Wishing all the Happy Steppers Crew a super sunny Thursday! :grouphug:

Not on the list but I have also......
Put a £1 in my 'High Maintenance Fund' jar for NSD :D
Sorted out more of my PHQ cards :D
