Money for a Course

Can you not get a trainee role in a company who will then pay for you to do the courses? It will obviously be slower than doing a stand alone course but saves you the debt and having to find the money plus you earn a wage whilst you learn.
I dont know about finance but in our legal, actuarial etc departments a fair number of people have become full members of their team by doing this route rather than getting the vocational degrees and post grad courses first.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

The course requiring £8K up front is a safety net in case my plan A goes awry!
