PPI Reclaiming from Egg- Help needed please!!

Hi all,

I Have been working on a few claims recently and with the help of the kind people on this board have had some success.
I now wish to have a go at my biggest PPI reclaim which is with an Egg credit card and four loans I also had/topped up over the last seven years with them.
I've been trying to read through previous threads for over an hour now and wondered if anybody would be kind enough to clarify the following points I need to find out:

1) Now that Egg have been taken over by Barclaycard, do I now submit my claim to barclaycard or still submit to Egg.
2) Please could somebody confirm the correct email address or preferably the telephone number I need to use, as cant seem to find the correct details on here.
3) would also be grateful if anyone is able to let me know if they have had any success with reclaiming from Egg recently, as judging by the lack of help I've had from them obtaining my correct details it looks like I'm in for a long slog, just wan to know if it's worth going ahead, as I think this will be a tough one.

I sent off my claim off to egg for my eggcard which was returned with my £10 cheque, I also sent a £10 cheque to barclycard and barclaycard responded for my eggcard also. that was from
