Can anyone tell me if littlewoods went to index then very? Or is it still little woods catalogue? and what address would I sent my pip claim too?

I currently have a claim being investigated, and it is Shop Direct that is dealing with it. I paid Extra care 500 and shopping insurance on Littlewoods catalogue account for many years. I'm awaiting outcome just now.0
