Boiler pressure falling

Recently I've noticed the my boiler pressure is falling by about 0.1 psi a day. I can't find a leak anywhere. I live in a flat so surely if it was leaking my neighbours would be getting flooded.
Last week the pressure dropped to 0.5 bar it never gets lower than that.
When the boiler pressure got low the pilot light went out. Is this common

I have exactly the same problem top up and pressure drops to about 0.5 bar when topped up over a period of a few days unable to locate any leaks, BG have serviced the Bosch 28si and said there are no apparent problems.0
