My Tesco credit card appplication - accepted but no confirmation email?

Hi all,

I applied for one of the credit cards last night, filled out all the steps and was accepted. I signed the electronic signature and clicked continue which took me to the final stage, I cant totally remember what this stage said but I clicked continue, the window closed and that was it. I havent recieved any confirmation emails which has left kind of confused about whether or not the application actually went through. Do Tesco send you an email to confirm the application was a success?

I just applied online too and got a technical error message at the end, says to call but offices are closed now. Hope this doesn't leave a mark on my credit rating!

sometimes it takes up to week to get email

I didn't get an email either, but I did get a PIN through the post about 5 days later, and the card about 5 days after that. The annoying thing was that I then had to request a MAC code via the post to activate online services, which took another week, as it was christmas.

I did get an email when I setup my DD however.

Did you get the webpage that says "Your credit limit is £x, would you like us to automatically review this limit or fix the limit to £x ?".

Hey yeah, I agreed my credit limit then ticked the box for my electronic signature then going on to continue to the final stage. It's a bit weird that they dont send out a confirmation email straight away.
