Looking for a Power Shower

Hi all. Just move home to a house without a power shower. In fact my pee has more pressure then the new house (Sorry).

Having always been with a power shower with a pump, I have began to shop around to upgrade the shower system.

I don’t want a separate pump this time and realise the shower won’t be “as great” but it will be better then what I have.

I am after thermostatic shower which will be wall mounted in either white/silver or grey. I want to be able to control the shower temp separately (meaning that its not one of those pre set ones).

I have been looking around and there are a lot of showers on the market but could anyone tell me how to compare them in terms of pressure as unlike a shower with a pump which would say 1 or 2 bars, most have nothing?

I am looking to spend about £200.

Cheers.

He Man.
Keep smiling, G.

I think there are some Aqualisa products which may fit the requirement but you are unlikely to get one for £200 let alone get it fitted within that budget. Sorry.

you cant compare because they are two very different beasts. pumped showers on he wall while better than your pee are noisy and not terribly good and much will depend on how good the pipework is for example. if you want a power shower i would suggest do it properly or not at all. if you insist on this route you may struggle for 200 for a good one. there is one manual shower but i forget the details for the mo. have you considered a venturi type shower
