hi dave, totally agree alot of the tesco staff need to be trained in how to speak to customers, and a have had several " run ins" with the awfull staff in my local, especially customer services! "customer service" thats a laugh ! but this time it wasnt me that had the problem, it was copied from HUKD, just thought folks on here would be interested in it,if thay hadnt seen it

Yes i agree.Acouple of weeks ago i was at the cs desk with the same old story woulnt give me dtd on a overcharge just wanted to give me jtd etc etc so of course i said can i speak to the manager anyway along comes a so called department manager who turns hes back on me while the assistant has the check to say i was giving her[ that was her refrerence to me]jtd as a gesture of good will. But the best part was the so called manager turns and says to me i wouldnt even give you that and then walks away.even the sales assistants couldnt beleve what he had said.I still stoo my ground and got dtd in the end.I then went back into the store to get some whoppsies and he was reducing the bread so i stood waiting untill hereduced the bread i wanted and then i rin over hes feet with my trolly.I know its not a nice thing to do but it gave me pleasure.I think when tescos staff behave so badly it just makes me stand my ground more with them.
