I can confirm WW's glitch works in a Metro. Just in and haven't had a chance to catch up properly, yet . Only picked up four - just to see if it worked really :) and was passing T's. Can always stick extra cheese on the lasagne to beef it up a bit - or does that defeat the object! I won't get anymore as they are still 50p and I am not looking for the weight watching aspect of the meal so probably could get cheaper with whoopsies - if I ever get the time/day/store right, seems I still have my whoopsie learner plates on.

did anyone else turn their head so they could read the reciept?

Well done you on exercising restraint! I know I dont need them, I have 2 freezers full, i dont generally do ready meals as i prefer the homemade fresh versions but sometimes it just has to be done!

Just wondered if anyone on here has reported finding the mars bars? And if so, was it an extra, superstore, metro or express - I tried my 2 superstrores earlier, but no 9 packs of mars whatsoever. thanks IA

I haven't looked for them yet, but I honestly can't ever remember seeing a pack with 9 in it! Seems rather an odd number, but shall def be keeping an eye out ;) I do like a Mars Bar, especially if it's been in the freezer for a wee while :D

Izzey, the HDUK post said 'Broughton Park' store, looking at the Tesco store locator that one is an extra. Also reported bar code ends 9973. HTH

My little boy who is in reception class has books without words to encourage story telling.

The teachers dictate the story and write it in his reading diary.

Yesterdays story was about a boy on a bus who forgot his teddy.

    It went like this;

A boy and his mummy were on the bus, they were going to tesco to do some shopping

When they got off the bus, the boy was upset cause he left his teddy on the bus.

There was a man with a tesco bag walking along the road ( a white bag with red and blue squiggles!)

The boy stopped being sad and asked his mummy if she could get another one for a few pence when they got to tesco.

They went to the bus station and found the smelly teddy. The boy was not very happy though. He wanted to go to tesco.

i was so embarrassed when the teacher showed me. She said that when they came back after christmas, all the children were telling stories, and all my little one had to say was that we went to tesco and it was closed, he thought it was open forever:rotfl:

It was boxing day morning and they were 20 mins late opening:rotfl:

All I can say is ...ahhhhhhhhhh

Sorry for folks who are near me and not checked out WW glitch, I haven't looked (only just seen the glitch) but my freezer is jam packed so there's no way I'd fit anything else in there with all the will in the world :(

You should try some of jumblejacks recipes with that big wooden spoon of yours!

C'mon guys. MMW i appreciate your kindness but i dont want you getting into trouble on my behalf!

I found an error on my receipt yesterday with two differnet discounts coming off the total, not one like it is today, thats all.

Not sure why the need for caps when thanking Carls but credit to anyone that finds a glitch we can all benefit from, thats what this is all about isnt it?!
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

hi had a good trip to tesco today find 1p snow balls 10p honeycombe biscuits. find 3 boxes full of lindts teddys thought i hit the jackpot as we love these and they would have been good for the tables at my grand daughters christning but they scanned at 50p:eek:
thought i had found the ben10 figures mentioned by someone for 21p..a box full on the shelf with label saying 21p got one of each for grandsons birthday but when i paid was charged £5.97 each..
went to cs and was told not priced at that i got it wrong they checked saw no other space for them and the label was next to the box called supervisor who called manager who to my suprise apologised and said refund the lady dtd on them so i got nearly £60.00 back on a £30ish spend and got to keep the toys:j
