I know, it's just greed, and they make you pay in the car as you park, it's a huge bootsale. I have seen people duck down in the backs of cars loads of times;)
:eek::eek: The most I've ever paid is 50p per car, why would they charge per person?!! Mind you I haven't been to a car boot sale you have to pay for for years, my local one is held opposite a free car park!No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

Has anyone else read the report that Paul Daniels has sliced one of his fingers off....the headlines are "It's tragic!!"
I was feeling a bit bad for smirking at this....but I now think I am a bad person for laughing out loud when the report went on to say that this is the second time in the past 6 months he's been hospitalised following an accident...
The first time was when a slice of pizza hit him in the face after being thrown by.......
Sooty :rotfl:
I just remember the "what attracted you to the millionaire Paul Daniels" to Debbie McGee:rotfl: certainly wasn't his looks!
What's he done to his finger anyway? I do hesitate to ask...:)Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -

I remember that quote :rotfl:
Apparently he drove to the hospital with his completely severed finger in his pocket. That's been stiched back on...but the saw mangled a couple of others which they couldn't do much with.
Shouldn't laugh at that...it's the Sooty episode I found really funny!
My son has just asked what we're laughing at and we've had to explain the entertainment we had back in the 70's and 80's.
Whatever happened to Bernie Clifton who just ran around on a fake Ostrich or Spit the Dog?......those were the days!!!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Just catching upI wanted Caleb but I was told no
Ellie is lovely for a girl.
To solve the name problem both myself and DH sat down with the baby name book and wrote down the names we liked on different pages. We then came together and gave theour page to the other who went through the list scoring out the names we didn't like.
We ended up with Owen and Emily being the only ones we both likedso very easily sorted.
