    :rotfl::rotfl:

I wondered when someone would pick up on that!!

It just seems so apt. Gotta call it something. 'the 2 ounce of everything and 2 mins in microwave Cake' seemed a bit of a mouthful!

Ok I've come here to cry, please forgive me. I've just spent the last hour or so reading the latest Care Inspectorate report from DD's nursery and OMG it's awful. Think this just about sums it up

Quality of Care and Support 2 Weak
    Quality of Environment 2 Weak
    Quality of Staffing 1 Unsatisfactory
Quality of Management and Leadership 2 Weak

There are some big issuses detailed in it, it's actually quite scary :(:(

My head is all over the place after reading it all, I really need to go to bed as I'm working in the morning but don't think I'll be able to sleep now.

Sorry to rant on here, didn't know where else to go :o

Oh hon, I wish I could give you a hug. It's scary enough leaving your kids in someone elses care but that report isn't what you want to read. Do you have any other options?

I'd say mid November through to mid December for lots to be there. They are literally a foot away from you in some parts. Its wonderful & there are plenty of volunteers available to answer questions.

Do you like wildlife? My eldest son is fascinated with it so we often find ourselves going off on a hunt for some animal or bird at the other side of the country!

Thanks so my for that link. I've just emailed it to myself so that I can look into it.

I LOVE wildlife. I love any vacation that has an educational benefit too.

    Thanks a million.

Righto. Bedtime for bonzo. Night night all (gotta wake up early to tackle the dish mountain... They are rinsed and piled nearly but need washing!)

    Stage 1:

    photo-15.jpg?t=1326542289

8oz of EVERYTHING (sugar, butter & SR flour) and 4 eggs.
Cream butter n sugar together, add eggs. Stir in flour and a couple of dessertspoons of cheap coffee (no one can tell in a cake). I use cheapo granules for baking but grind them first to help them mix in the cake.

The picture show the cheap ingredients. Cheap honey and Irish cream for the icecream and the rest of the stuff (including the cheapest butter in the world: home made!) for the cake.

    Stage 2 will follow....

Is this a recipe for supermarket tart?
I say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j
