Like Vikkilala, I decided I'd travel further afield today so headed to Plymouth.
Stopped at L££ Mill on the way down hoping to find some of the £1 telescopes and stuff. Zilch!! But I did get some really nice gift sets reduced and BOGOF
I got Extracts Body butters 3 in a wicker tray £3 BOGOF
Extracts pampering duo (pomegranite/rosehip) shower gel and body cream in pump dispensers in a brown package £2 BOGOF
Floral secrets hot water bottles (blue with white spots) £4 BOGOF
I also found some Fly killers (took 4) Andrex on the go (last 2)
Pizza coasters 9p x 2 (loads there)
Bin odour thingy
And I've never found the cheap pillows FK got but treated myself to some of the duck feather ones they had on offer a while back at £12
I then went to Plymouth Rob0r0ugh where I found two of the portable DVD players that scan at £22. I've bought one and if anyone wants the other ( the box is pretty battered though) PM me and I'll tell you where it's hidden itself!
Lots of the Xmas craft stuff....they had loads there all reduced sels so easy to spot.
AND.....the basic midget gems ( my lot love these!) are now 16p a bag, so I stocked up on them.
I'd not at this point seen any of the mugs, winnie the pooh cuddly's etc. smints, haribo's or the other more common finds.....so decided I'd go to the Superstore in Trans1t W&y Plymouth. Got directions from the CS desk and was told it would take me about 10 mins.
I GOT LOST!!!! I've now seen parts of Plymouth I never knew existed....but could I find Bl00dy Trans1t W&y!!
I decided to give up and head for home.....easier said than done...I kept seeing the A38 dual carriageway in the distance but I'm bu88ered if I could find my way back to it....and because I hardly ever go anywhere, i don't have Sat Nav!!
Did find a nice big Morrisons (God knows where it was!) but the traffic was horrendous getting into the car park so i gave up on that one.
Please someone from Plymouth tell me I've not missed anything good in Transit Way T's!!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

I was just watching a programme on TV and it showed these fish http://www.fishchannel.com/fish-species/saltwater-profiles/domino-damsel-2.aspx and thought that they looked nice and that I'd like a tank full of them.
Happy, you don't need fish as much as you don't need a foreign student. Who would look after them when you go to your mums for a few days?Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
Has anyone recently cooked pork they bought from Tesco?....I roasted a leg joint (got Friday free from DTD) for dinner today. There were 6 of us and we all complained of it tasting 'fishy'.:eek::eek:...put the remainder in the bin as taste was awful... Am deciding whether or not to call CS in the morning.Born to glitch0

Got a good bargain in Ts in Sutton today, Tescos own Chicken and Asparagus pie 460g (in the freezer) sel 44p, normally £1.79. it's in an orange box. I got two as I've never tried asparagus before and I might not like it, but there were loads left. Smaller than most of the pies in the frozen section - maybe feed 2 people (or one very greedy person).
link is mysupermarket.co.uk/#/tesco-price-comparison/frozen_ready_meals/tesco_chicken_and_asparagus_pie_460g but you'll have to add the wullbleyous yourself as I'm not chatty enough to be allowed to post links yet.
Has anyone else tried these and are they yummy?I have voucher codes for free places in the Cardiff Half Marathon 2017. PM me for details0 -

I've got a satnav and I regularly get lost when I'm looking for new T's and thats true. I often have'nt a flipping clue where I am:oBeware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
Thanks, I love a bargain too, I was hoping to getsome rolls of Christmas paper to donate to school for their next Christmas fair. We found some forgotten rolls from a fair years ago, and sold them for 50p a roll, and they got snapped up really quickly! If I could get 10 rolls, that would be a fiver for the PTA at that rate!
Sadly the nearest local is 9 miles away in Sheffield, I hate city driving, and dont want to spend £3 on a trip for wrapping paper thats only going to raise £5, i might as well just donate a fiver to school and stay at home tomorrow and go on this thread! lol
...and yeah i can spend hours on here learning and catching up, time passes quickly so I know what you mean.:):)2012 Challenge £1923/£12000Jan GC £BUST/£100 = FEB £0/£1500 -
