    Sorry, they both have the parking issue which I didn't realise until I visited at the weekend. If I were to proceed on this development it would be the 'second hand' house, no point in paying £40k for nothing. However as I said I think the prices are going to fall further as new ones aren't selling at £400k from the HB.

    show homes are not built in the best positions usally the worse but landscaped to make them look good, the plot may have slope for a garden or corner plot which will be busy when site full. 15% is usally investors, speak to the sales manager make contact so they know who you are they will push you back to the on site sales negotiator but will know you and what you are offering
