Hi,
I recently bought a new laptop from Comet and today it has become faulty. I did not create the fault and I have also found that the laptop is not a good as I had hoped.
I have talk to shop that sold me the laptop and they have stated that don't give refunds for this and that I need to talk to the company that made it. Am I able to get a full refund for this or am I stuck with this and hoping that they can get it working??

What does 'for this' mean? Need more info on what exactly Comet has said. As an aside though, generally speaking, you're not obliged to talk to the manufacturer yourself. It's Comet's responsibility (as the retailer) to deal with any faulty items. If they then involve a third party, i.e. the manufacturer, that's up to them, but it's not your job to do so.
But... it would still be useful to know what's wrong with your laptop."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

Useful? I'd say it's pretty damn essential if the OP wishes to receive any relevant advice.0 -
How "recently"? Within 28 days?
What sort of fault?Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0
