Hi All,
Very new to this, but have found the advice on the Luton Airport stuff very reassuring. I have one small problem though:
I have received the first letter outlining the offence and now the first letter from Roxburghe, but as it is a company car, all of the correspndence is going to our fleet managers house and while I have no intention of paying the fine, I do feel obliged to have the letters sent to me directly.
I registered a new email address (they are not getting my main one) and emailed APCOA to change the address, clearly didn't work, and now I intend to tell Roxburghe the same. Is there any reason why you do not think this would be a good idea? I actually think I have no choice, but want to make sure I am not opening myself up for anything other than the letters coming to my house - so I can ignore them direclty.
Thanks again and thanks in advance.
Terry

Welcome but you did post in the wrong place.
On a forum always start a new thread, that's what you needed to do by going back a step to view the whole current forum (see my signature).
But in the meantime read this pepipoo thread which has lots of useful links & info on how to explain to a Fleet Manager that it's an unenforceable piece of rubbish and nothing to do with them at all:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=65302
It's only different from your case as the OP's company stupidly paid the scammers.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Terry,
Welcome to MSE, I've moved your posts into a new thread0 -
Tell your fleet manager to ignore them, don't tell them you were the driver in the one in a million chance they take you to court.0
