mobile company breaks promise

virgin promised 300 free texts 18 novemver for a month. however, they removed them on december 15th. comlplained and they refuse to give me the free textx they took away.

Did they ever say it was a calendar month? Or that it would last until December 18th? If not they have broken no promise to you, 15th December is 4 weeks after November 18th, and they can easily class that as a month.0
