If I paid a clamper by Debit card and I now know the clamping to be unlawful how long have I got to call back the payment by debit card

You cannot cancel a payment made (and authorized) by debit card. Where do you think the world would come to
if people could cancel, just like that, the payments they had made at Tesco or M&S?
If you have grounds to believe the clamping was unlawful, you will have to ask for your payment to be refunded
(and if necessary go to court).0 -
Thanks for that but I think that you may be incorrect. I'm sure an unlawful payment can be recalled. Perhaps someone with the relevant Knowledge might respond rather than someones opinion. Clearly a tesco or M&S purchasse would not fall into the same argument.0
