CCleaner not clearing Chrome browser history completely

Hi
I'm using the latest version of both ccleaner and Chrome but when i run ccleaner (all chrome boxes ticked) it doesn't completely remove my browsing history; i have to delete it manually in Chrome. Any idea why this happens? I'm using Win 7 64 bit.

These shortcomings have been notified to Piriform, so hopefully a later release will address these matters.

Does Chrome have tools, internet options or options, privacy, delete history when Chrome closes0
