Have just booked to take the kids in half term....just for fun ....and maybe a little shopping!
Does anyone know when you get the voucher for the free wine and bogof breakfast....it hasn't mentioned either in my confirmation e mail.

If it's the same as last year, and I expect it will be, you get the vouchers handed to you at the checking in booth when you get there. This voucher can then be handed in to the shop/restaurant on board.

got all the way to the end - did the verified by visa bit and then it says 'sorry the selected crossing is not available' now I have no idea if the booking actually went through or not?! Surely if the crossing wasn't available then it a-wouldn't have offered it to me and b-wouldn't have taken all my payment details!!
