Conservatory faulty? Who build my conservatory

Hello all.
We have a conservatory on the back of our house thats roughtly 6 years old. For the life of us we cannot find any infomation here in our house on who built it, paper work seems to have vanished. A few weeks ago I noticed whilst painting it, at the rear of the conservatory under a side table that sits low to the floor the laminate tile was damp, not pools of water but noticable water. We haven't used the conservatory for months now as we only really use it in the summer when its warm and enjoyable to use so it hasn't been touched for months. Anyway I put it down to maybe a little damp as its been so cold and maybe the air got stale/damp so I just cleaned it up with a towel.
Today I go into the conservatory today with the intention of sprucing it up, maybe a fan heater and actually using it seeing as it cost us an arm and a leg and it gets little use. I move the wicker chairs out and the table to hoover and again under this table at the rear it looks wet? The walls are dry, no water marks, it can't be the roof as it'd be on top of the table and not under it and there is no trail of water?! Weird! Any guesses what it might be?
I thought maybe the conservatory is faulty and it has a 10 year guarantee but without the paperwork and name of company we cannot chase it. All we remember is that we purchased it from a company in Caerloen, Newport who after googling seem to be non existant. We remember due to the size the salesman said it didn't need planning permission so we can't chase it through that. Do conservatory companies have to register who built what where with any regulatory companies?
I'm at a loss right now and any help would be gratefully appreciated, I don't know what to check or where? Or if its just because the conservatoy is under used and just a natual thing as cold air is trapped under the table forming these wet patches or is that just wishful thinking? I remember last year we had just 2 drips from the roof as the snow came down fast and I presume due to the weight of the snow it caused a small leak but as I said it was just 2 drips so unsure if it was condensation ?? I'm not very technical as you can see!

If it had a 10 year warranty, that may have been an insurance-based guarantee. If it wasn't and they've gone bust, there's nothing you can do to recover the cost.
There are no bona-fide 'regulatory bodies' for conservatories. There are trade associations, but they are pointless, because they are just marketing gimmicks.
How did you pay? Contact your bank/credit card and get copy statements for the year in question. Look for the payment and you've probably got the supplier's name??
Did you have any windows done at the same time? If so, try entering your postcode and house number here:

Fensa link removed as I'm a noobie and it didn't like it!
Thanks for the reply, that was fast! Many thanksI've just been on the link you supplied and entered our postcode and it didn't find any records for us. We didn't think to call the bank so I think thats going to be our best line of attack. I just hope it says a company name on the statement and not someones personal name! I'll keep you updated...

Conservatory companioes are notorious at putting themselves in to administration and then rising as a Pheonix Company with a very similar name. Whether the actual legal entity that built your conservatory is anyones guess.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Hope thats all it is. My wife just called the bank but as we switched banks several years ago and the account is now closed down they say they cannot help us over the phone and she has to go into a branch?0

Most likely the 10 year guarantee would have been for the frame -leaks would be a year.No cons. comp. would say 10 yr. guarantee on leak [it thats what it is ]. After 6 years you will be sorting this yourselves I would guess [doesnt sound like much of a prob. to be honest.]0
