due a lump sum payment - was going to apply for DRO

I cant quite believe it! Ive been stressing all day about the phonecalls that will come, written letters and everything! - Thankfully not posted!

I recieved a letter today requesting I do self assessment for 2010 - I didnt realise because I left part way through a working year 2010 Im due a tax refund - just over £600!!!

Im super happy - but super nervous too! This buys me a few more months to find a job, but Im not sure how to use the money incase I dont find a job and still need to apply for a dro...

I could use it to contiune my monthly payments - that would see me through about 2 months worth of payments - (minimum payments on CC & 2 standard repayments on loan) taking me to March... if I havent found a job then Id have to pick up where I left off - thats assuming they pay it quickly.

Is that safe to do?
The other alternative is possibly a dmp, if I factor this extra money in, I could pay £100 split between 4 creditors monthly then when it runs out look at a DRO - but Im not sure again if its safe to do?

Any suggestions please?
