TV, FM and Cat5e: one faceplate?

I am in the process of moving a power point in my bedroom and thought I would take the opportunity to lay cables for a TV aerial, a FM radio aerial and an ethernet cable as well. I will have them all terminate at the same point.
Instead of purchasing individual faceplates for all of those, I wondered if anyone knows if there is one that would do all 3?
I see no reason to lay a phone cable since I have a cordless phone. Having said that I also have a wireless network, so could question why I need an ethernet cable.... Hmm.

Not all three but you could use a dual surface box:

and an aerial/radio socket:

or this one which contains a diplexer (splits FM and TV signals coming down one cable):

and a cat5E socket.
For safety, do not mix TV/FM/Cat5E cabling with mains sockets in one of these dual surface boxes.0 -
I've just had the following for my new house. Its a module system where you can pick and choose 4 or 5 different modules for each faceplate. Though the one I ordered had a sat socket and needed a deeper back box as coax cable is not as flexible due to the sockets used on the back of the module.

MK do a grid module system try these, as they are extremely easy to obtain almost anywhere https://www.mkelectric.co.uk0

The problem with putting electric, and data together is it could cause crosstalk meaning the signal from the aeral or computer could loose strenght to its surroundings.
This is one of the reasons why data cables are never clipped together with electric however im not sure of the affect with FM and TV.0 -
Thanks folks, some really good ideas there. I prefer the idea of the item from MK but it was telephone not Cat5e and I cannot find another version on the site. Therefore looks like the modular one from letsautomate. And lots of other ideas on that site for me too!0

MK are good, but their delivery times are poor.
I have started using GET modular stuff.
Link to their catalouge

The grid stuff starts at page 57
I am ordering the stuff to do
2 x outputs for satellite
1 x TV from roof
1 x TV to amplifier (to rest of house)
2 x Speaker connections (hifi in lounge)
1 x F connector to DAB antenna on roof
1 4 module front plate
1 3 module front platebaldly going on...0
