Do you have a free cycle in your area online? Some people give drills and bed bases away.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Wedge a suitcase or box or stack of books under the broken slats and mend it another time when you have the appropriate tools.0

Hi,
Thank you everyone for your kind words they have cheered me up alot.
We did go out, I was a bit late eeekk, but it was ok. We had yummy food and the restaurant was nice.
The next day I got a bit emotional about some stuff, but he seemed ok after a while and made me realise that I shouldn't hide this stuff from him
Strange that I was very embarresed about talking to him about a whole load of stuff, but he was very supportive and I actually feel alot better having just talked about some of the issues.
Bed is sort of ok, just have to put the legs on the middle and it should be fine. the right tools will have helped alot. he was impressed that I had managed to do half of it.
Spoke to my boss today, she even said, 'ooh yes, I owe you some money don't I!' Not gone into my account yet, so I'll wait another day or so, luckily my overdraft is free, it just makes me sad to see it so high atm.
I have had ALOT of other problems working there, but I should only be there for another couple of months (short contract) at the most, so I am just going to get on with it and put up with it and the sooner I leave the better.
I have an account with a different bank and I think I am going to have to switch all my spending to the new account and then pay off the overdraft. I have tried to pay off while using the overdraft and it isn't working, so that is my new plan once I am paid.
I have also decided to get a savings account and start to put a bit in for emergencies. I was actually thinking about this the other day, but wasn't sure what bank to do it with.
Luckily for my car I have £92 spare from last month, so thats about half of the cost and then the rest will come off this month's pay.
I am in Lincolnshire and just joined freecycle as I have some stuff to put on it.
thanks once again everyone
