Thanks for takng the time to find and post all these answers. Which contact details do you need to provide, please? Is it just name and address? Also, do you need to opt out if you don't want further mailings? Apologies if all this has been covered many times before.

The web-link takes me to 'Company' magazine - don't know what that's about.

Dont know what is up with the web link, I rarely use it so didnt check it, maybe some sort of a glitch?! Company has its own website too!

I normally provide my name, address, email address and telephone number.

I dont know about the opt out bit but I have never had anything from them - other than a winners letter!
