Share Holder Rights Private Company

Hi,
I retired from a very large private company almost two years ago and I still have a fairly substantial shareholding from SRSOS days.
Since retiring I have received no information at all such as Interim Results, Final Results notification of the AGM etc. I need to write to the company and ask why, however I would be interested to know briefly what is the minimum that I am entitled to receive as a shareholder in a private company.
