Lloyds TSB - Moorcroft and West debt recv

I was made unemployed in May 2011 and struggled to keep up with debt repayments for a couple of months until I called Lloyds regarding my credit card who sent me to CCCS as they could not set up an agreement due to my low income.
CCCS sent me my budget form and the letter template to offer all debtors £1 a month which started in July. All companies accepted; however Lloyds have now passed my credit card to Moorcroft and Overdraft to west(something).
I received letters yesterday dated 4th Jan and today I posted my CCCS details to both companies offering £1 a month.
Is there any action these debt recovery companies can take?
Could they send bailiffs (I live at home with no assets worth anything)?
Have I done the right thing?
I called Moorcroft who put my account on hold even though deadline for contact is 9th (god knows why they are calling) and he didn't say much about CCCS.
I know they could go to court and get a CCJ but as I have no spare money I doubt they would be awarded more than £1 a month anyway.
Any advice?

Hi
You have done the right thing - and you are correct to just offer them the £1 a month. They cannot send bailiffs (you can't get bailiffs unless you've been taken to court), they might threaten court and 'door stop collectors' or 'agents' or 'representatives which sounds frightening but anyone who turns up at your address will not be a bailiff and have no rights and certainly cannot take your things.
Debt collectors main business model is to try to frighten you into paying more - you know you can't afford it so just keep with the payments you are making and stand firm against them. If they get your number and start calling you a lot we can give you a template letter to stop such calls.
Don't worry - as you know court is very unlikely and even if it did happen the court won't make you pay what you don;t have.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Thank you, I thought I was right and CCCS did say the same thing back in July and advised to just send their template whenever a company wrote to me.
The did say most companies won't go to court as they are aware they won't get more than I can afford etc.
Shall I send a payment of £1 to both companies now to show I am paying?0 -
Check with Lloyds who to pay.
When account go on hold they sometimes get passed back to the original creditor, or on to another DCA, so it'll pay to check direct with Lloyds to make sure it is going to the right people.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Both Wescot and Moorcroft accepted payments and as soon as I got the letters confirming this I paid the first installments.
Tonight I went out and MOORCROFT called me on my parents land line, Why would they be calling after agreeing to £1 a month and me paying on time?
I filled out their online form asking for them to make all contact in writing but shall I call back tomorrow to find out why they were calling me.0 -
I wouldn't. It will just give them an opportunity to harass you. What is there to discuss?0

I think it is worth doing that. They may ignore it but it does let them know that you are not going to be messed around
