Tried 2 stores today. First was Dartford which didn't have any Big Hair or Wave Envy. But the very helpful lady on the helpdesk checked stock at the Erith store. The computer said there were 6 so she phoned them and asked for them to keep one for me. I got there about 5. They couldn't find the one saved for me but there were 2 on the shelf so I had one of them. There were loads of Wave Envy - at least 10.Smiles are contagious

Just in case anyone is looking in Canterbury, they do have them but they are not at the front with all the other hair stuff, etc they are with all of the Christmas reduced stuff. I have been going in every day on lunch break since Sunday but was looking in wrong place and my dh got so fed up, he got me one from currys yesterday for an extra £9.99 to shut me up!:rotfl:0

Further to my post about rining Huddersfield store, I called in tonight and got them to scan the price - sure enough scanned at £20, even though price on shelf was £40.
Same for wave envy, showing at £45, but scanned at £22.50.
They had one Big Hair left and a couple of wave envy.

i managed to get one of these and its worth its weight in gold, now upon reflection although i am super pleased to get it at a bargain, its worth the full price!!
i wouldn't dream of going out without frazzling my hair with my GHD's but this is brilliant and getting my hair straight with shine and a bit of bounce, i did just go over with my straightners but only very lightly so i'm hoping this is going to improve my dry hair!!! :j0 -

I recently got one for christmas and just before christmas got my hair cut short! It was just below shoulder length before (that was when I was considering one of these) and didn't actually think i'd get one!
I'd say they are still alright to use with short hair as I do use mine but think it would be better suited to long hair. It makes it easy though.. hair is dried and styled in no time! I still use hair protectant even though I don't hair dry it first.
My hair probably takes a lot less time to dry and style in a bob style now anyway.. it is short but graduated at the back and slightly pointed at the sides so not quite the bob that I used to have growing up! Suits me better than long hair

Tried mine last night and love it. Think it will take me a few goes to fully master it as got my hair tangled in brush a couple of times (got carried away) but my hair is quite long. I havent watched the video yet so Ill have to do that. Fab for my fringe and when finished had lovely smooth bouncy hair. I love the way it curls the ends of your hair under also that was very easy to do.0

I got one in Stamford today after reading the posts
. Just used it - it's brilliant. So good to get a bit of body and not just have ghd's. I also saw it on qvc when I got home - great timing to see a tutorial. what a bargain. 0
