£4.00 pm Payment Protection on Barclays Current account ??

My OH is paying £4.00 a month "Payment Protection" on her Barclays Current Account.

What's this for ?

Have hunted around on their website but can't find the answer.

Haven't phoned them !

Thought I'd ask on the forum. I've found most replies to other questions I've asked helpful and negate the need for long phone calls to the bank !

I've just typed "current account payment protection" in their site search box and got this...
