Blue badge and parking laws.

My friend has a blue badge in their car as they have mobility problems. They are hoping to move to a property to suit their needs but the only parking is a 5 minute walk away, there are clamping warnings outside on the road but no yellow lines, I was wondering if they would be allowed to park their car there or if the clamping was still enforcable? I have looked on the direct.gov site but it doesnt give any info on this particular issue.

Is this on private land? The BPA code of conduct prohibits clamping/towing of BB holder's vehicles, but that won't necessarily stop a PPC from clamping.

If there are clampoing signs then avoid at all costs. It simply isn't worth it.

If the cowboys are willing to clamp police cars and ambulances, midwives, doctors and health visitors on call and hearses complete with coffin do you think a blue badge is going to stop them ?
