Advice on payments

Currently our customers pay upwards of £300 for work we've done and they usually just pay it into our bank, although they're regular, only one does it by standing order.

We are looking at setting something up where businesses would be paying £25 per month ish on a regular basis. What is the easiest and best way to organise a regular payment? I know nothing about dd "from the other side" as we are only a small business.

It aso seems quite daunting as to how you would keep up with this, invoicing, checking who's paid etc

Any help would be appreciated

Paypal recurring payments? They accept cards, and will manage it and alert you when a card expires, etc.
