    Have you just switched to British Gas, or moved into a home already supplied by them? If you have moved in, then the estimate will be based on previous usage. If you have switched to them, it will either come from the old supplier or an intermediary.

    BG have been taking 95 from my account for the past 6 months - I complained an asked to find out how much I owed them, I was 600 in credit!!! :@ fuming!!! so I called them and asked them for a refund, been waiting over a month now! :@
