I have been looking for a digital camcorder to use on holiday. I wanted a new model and 1 that gave good picture and sound.
I found this 1 on Ebay as Buy Now
I know ebay isnt really for here but the deal was great. they had 3 to sell and i got 1 so i guess there are 2 left

they are brand new and come by Fed EX (next day i think)

anyone got any ideas where to get cheap 8cm DVD-RW (decent brand that will work. Sony ones are about £6.50 each)

Also the cheapest other place i found it was https://www.ebuyer.co.uk for about £440 with P&P so saved about £60. It sells in my local Dixons for £599.99

Really i have been after 1 of these and i found it cheap.
check the sellers details and address location. they are in Great Yarmouth and i am in Cheshire (wirral)

Are you really comparing like with like when talking about ebuyer and dixons? They, presumably, are selling brand new items, these camcorders are clearly stated as 'These camcorders are grade A as new straight from sony.', ie refurbished faulty models most likely.

Also, its amusing to see their definition of what the word NEW actually is when you look at their ebay shop

NEW = grade one as new straight from manufacturer
BRAND NEW = what everyone else would say NEW means, ie NOT refurbished
