When BG / others drop their prices, do they automatically change the tarriff on pre-p
Just a thought.
We have a pre-pay meter with BG (going to change to Ebico as soon as the current mess is sorted out - been paying the same tarrif as previous tennant who was paying off arrears !!).

If you have an old style Card meter then i think they have to come out and reset the meters, with the new Key type meters then they can do it from their end without coming out to you.0
