Hi there
I have a property to let but I would like to reduce my outgoings if possible. Therefore I could do with the forums expertise in who you may recommend the best estate or property management agent there is. My home is in the the Coventry and Warwickshire area and I would hope my property would appeal to a wider market from professionals to university students.
I would appreciate your help.
Regards

I would let privately if you could, letting agent fees are extortionate. Do you live local to the house?
Also if you have a choice of tenants to chose from, try to let to a family rather than sharers. They are much more likely to take better care of the property.0
