Conservatory/Kitchen Window leaking!

Hi,

With the recent wet weatherory my kitchen window (which looks into the conservatory) has been leaking at the top of the frame. It is obvious that water has penetrated the cavity wall just above the kitchen window as there is no water outside the kitchen wall (which is also the inside conservatory wall). The water then drips inside and outside the kitchen water, making the kitchen windowsill wet and the conservatory floor. Should I repoint bricks on that particular wall or investigate something to do with the lead flashing? pls help!

More likely your under tile felt has perished and it has fallen back inside the fascia. Thereby any water that finds it way under your tiles (either through wind, cracked tiles, badly pointed ridge etc) will run down your cavity and find its way inside.

If I get the tiles repointed and repaired will this do the job or am I looking at replacing the Felt which I think is replacing the whole roof? Ive had a quote for £4000 for a 3 bed detached... does this seem reasonable?
