Just put down wood flooring - what to do about doorways and differing height to vinyl

I have just finished flooring our living room and hallway with engineered wooden flooring. Personally I think it looks great and not a bad job for a complete amateur.

My problem is the doorway from the living room to the hallway there is a small gap along the threshold which I was think of putting a door saddle but this seems a bit excessive. Also off the hallway there are 6 doorways (Living room, Front Room, Bathroom, Toilet and Kitchen) and in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet there is vinyl which is lower than the wood floor. What can I use to bridge this gap and finish the edge on the flooring?

I still have to finish the front room flooring but as it's storage in there at the moment it's not urgent.

Thanks
