It's a hard life.
Having to pay for 2 phone calls.
But what cracks me up is when you compare this post to the ones that follow where you are simply delighted with your Patio Set.
I like to judge someones character by watching how they react to any adveristy.
Your post speaks volumes.

Same can be said for your comments - I never asked for anyone to be downright nasty, says a lot for your character too don't you think !?! I'm not going to answer any more posts to you after this one ..... I've said what i've got to say .... don't need to say any more.:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -

Sorry.
Just winds me up when someone high up the foodchain has a rant over something very minor like a phone call.
But I'm sorry - should have kept my thoughts to myself.

Could someone confirm that you can take the Sim in to the store for a refund? What do you need and what reason did you give? I really don't need my sim so would like to get rid of it
TIA
Claire
Hi Clairog,
I just took it back along with the receipt and the credit card I used to pay for it. I didn,t give a reason, although SA did ask "what was wrong with it". I just said "nothing". SA just refunded back on the card easy peasy.;)
