I was just wondering if you've made a complaint to a company and you are not happy with their response who can you then complain to. I have issues with customer service byt the company seem unhelpful and uninterested.

Unless you name the company, or at least the industry/sector, then it's hard to advise.0

Ask for your complaint to be escalated or google for details of the directors office/head office and put your complaint in writing to them.
Depending on who you're complaining about and your efforts to resolve the situation with them, there may also be an ombudsman you can complain to. Failing that, trading standards.
