Locking fuel tank filler cap.

As my neighbours have just had a tankfull of heating oil stolen I was wondering about getting a locking fuel cap for my tank. Has anyone got one, any reccomendations?

I would get an alarm, most locks can be easily broken, or the tank punctured to get the oil out.0
