For a while now I have had problems being able to view my accounts online. The problem existed since the ex Egg card was added to the portfolio of cards. I spent over an hour on the phone a few days ago and was assured problem would be sorted. Tried yesterday and then found no cards could be viewed at all. However checked this morning and can now view all cards. Also they gave me a goodwill payment of 25.00 pounds stg.
I never mentioned any form of compensation or goodwill payment but on this occasion BC have been very proactive. Also it nice to think just being reasonable without getting nasty can bring results.
