However, that only appears on my latest statement, which was already too late. The 0% expiry date was the statement date (not uncommon).

I don't get this, so your saying the statement says "If you only pay the minimum, you'll pay £x.xx in interest", but you'll be paying interest anyway as your offer period ended on the date of this statement? If that so, then surely they should have stated that on the PREVIOUS statement?

Its like saying "If you pay the minimum, you'll be charged £10 interest. If you pay in full, you'll still be charged interest. Haha, we win.". Doesn't sound fair to me.

Yes. But, there's nothing with it.

That sentence is there just to tell you the interest if you pay the minimum amount on the current statement. It's not there to forecast in advance or tell you what the interest will be if you pay more than the minimum etc.

Virgin now makes there end dates crystal clear.
At the end of the statement there is a box stating how much you owe on each offer and the date each offer ends. It means you can also see which balance/offer your minimum payments are going too.
If they can do it I'm sure the others could too!

That's the box I mean. The Tesco statement has it, they just have the expiry date blank.
